All bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting our support team.
Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial advance payment as specified for the package.
A confirmation email with booking details will be sent to your registered email address.

2. Advance Payment

Customers must pay a minimum advance (as mentioned in the package) at the time of booking.
The balance payment must be cleared within the specified timeline before the trip start date.
If the balance is not paid, QuickEasyTrip reserves the right to cancel the booking.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

Package prices are subject to change based on season, availability, and external factors (airfare, fuel surcharge, taxes).
Inclusions (accommodation, meals, transfers, sightseeing) will be clearly mentioned in the package details.
Any extra services requested by the customer (extra meals, room upgrades, activities) will be charged additionally.

4. Modifications & Special Requests

Any modification in travel dates, destination, or package details is subject to availability and may involve additional costs.
Special requests (early check-in, late check-out, meal preferences) are not guaranteed and depend on hotel/tour operator policies.

5. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal details during booking.
For international trips, valid passport, visa, and travel insurance are mandatory.
QuickEasyTrip is not responsible for denial of service due to incomplete documentation.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations will follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the specified time after deducting cancellation charges.
