At QuickEasyTrip, we understand that travel plans may change. This policy explains the rules for cancellations and refunds for bookings made through our website.


1. Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested via email or phone.
  • Cancellation charges will apply depending on the time of cancellation:
    • 30 days or more before departure → Full refund (after deducting service charges).
    • 15–29 days before departure → 50% refund.
    • 7–14 days before departure → 25% refund.
    • Less than 7 days before departure → No refund.

2. No-Show Policy

  • If the traveler fails to show up on the departure date, no refund will be provided.

3. Company Cancellations

  • In rare cases (natural calamities, political unrest, insufficient bookings, or operational issues), QuickEasyTrip reserves the right to cancel a trip.
  • In such cases, customers will be offered:
    • Full refund of the paid amount, OR
    • An alternate package of equal value.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (bank transfer, card, UPI, etc.).
  • Transaction fees or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Certain services like flight tickets, visa fees, and special activity bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Such conditions will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

6. Amendments & Rescheduling

  • Date changes or rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
  • Policy may vary depending on airline/hotel/tour operator rules.
